智能撚線機適合500D~2000D滌綸、錦綸、丙綸等各類長纖，通過PLC控制系統和伺服驅動裝置，控制卷取導紗機構、卷繞機構和各傳動機構，實現在觸摸屏上設定和錠速、撚度、 卷繞角等主要工藝參數。成形長度可任意調節，平行、收邊、松邊成形方式可直接設定，變更方便，滿足不同產品工藝要求。

性能特點：

可做二合一，三合一，四合一可根據客戶要求自由調節超餵采用雙輥羅拉，使股線均勻一致伺服電機驅動導紗橫動，卷繞采用同步帶傳動減少油汙，保證良好的定位精度和導紗桿往復運動可配電子探絲器，提高紗線質量，減少原紗的浪費
